Ruby & Rose Hair Studio: Thanks for having me. Yeah, we're really excited to be here.

Host: So tell us, what does a typical day look like at Ruby & Rose?

Ruby & Rose Hair Studio: Honestly, bit of everything. Cuts, colour, blow-dries. We do balayage and highlights a lot. And then hair-up for weddings or big nights out.

Host: Right, so it's not just cuts then.

Ruby & Rose Hair Studio: No, not at all. We do treatments as well, for people whose hair's a bit damaged. Gets it back in better shape.

Host: That's handy. So what would you say makes you different from other salons out there?

Ruby & Rose Hair Studio: Every appointment starts with a proper chat. We sit down, we listen, before we even think about picking up scissors.

Host: Oh, that's nice. No rushing in then.

Ruby & Rose Hair Studio: Never. We're not about rushing people through. And with colour especially, we want it to suit you, not just whatever's trending that week.

Host: Right, yeah, that makes sense.

Ruby & Rose Hair Studio: We just want people to feel like they've come in for a proper catch-up, not like they're on a conveyor belt.

Host: I love that. So who would you say this is really for?

Ruby & Rose Hair Studio: Anyone who wants a stylist who actually listens, really. But especially people who are nervous about trying something new.

Host: Oh, like a big colour change?

Ruby & Rose Hair Studio: Exactly. Going from dark to blonde, or trying balayage for the first time. That can be a bit scary for people.

Host: I bet. That's a big step.

Ruby & Rose Hair Studio: It is. So we take our time with that conversation first. Makes a massive difference to how people feel walking out.

Host: And what about brides? I know you mentioned weddings earlier.

Ruby & Rose Hair Studio: Yeah, brides are a big one for us. They've got enough going on without worrying about their hair.

Host: So you take that stress off them a bit.

Ruby & Rose Hair Studio: That's the idea, yeah. We just want them to come in, relax, and know it's sorted.

Host: So what kind of work comes through the door most, day to day?

Ruby & Rose Hair Studio: Loads of colour work, honestly. Balayage, highlights, that sort of thing. But cuts and blow-dries keep us busy too, that's the bread and butter.

Host: Good mix then.

Ruby & Rose Hair Studio: Yeah, every day's different. Keeps it interesting, you know.
